How are talent vetted on your platform?
All talent goes through a verification process that includes: identity verification, professional background check, portfolio review, and customer reference checks. We also monitor performance ratings and reviews to ensure consistent quality.
What happens if my booked talent cancels?
In the rare event of a cancellation, we have a comprehensive protection policy. We'll immediately help you find a suitable replacement talent. If we cannot find a replacement that meets your requirements, you'll receive a full refund. We also provide assistance with any resulting expenses.
How much does it cost to use PSP?
For event planners, browsing talent and sending messages is completely free. We only charge a service fee when you successfully book talent through our platform. For talent, creating a profile is free, and we charge a commission on completed bookings. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.
